This knife sheath was made for a local hunter that just didnt like what he received from Bark River. The leather used is cow belly and is naturally finished using Zacks Atom Wax Formula. It is a standard drop sheath with belt loop and features a custom snap design holding the knife more securely. This piece is rather unique. The customer wanted to insure that the knife never left the sheath unless he really wanted it to. The piece is also constructed out of cow belly with a natural finish. The fastening mechinism is woven from round leather cord and passes through the slot on the knife tang before slipping over the stud on the body of the sheath. This piece is a bit different. The knife is from Todd Penley and due to its unique shape I decided that something a bit different was in order to highlight the Deer Antler handle. The leather used is standard tooling leather with the feather pouch the reverse of the tooling leather and treated to bring out the grain. The feather is included.
